To concurrently achieve both of integral management and decentralization of data aggregation processing by a server.SOLUTION: A server 4 communicates with a terminal device 3 and a data management device 2. The terminal device 3 displays a visualization screen. The data management device 2 creates aggregation data formed by aggregating original data. The server 4 includes setting information reception means, screen configuration information management means, request creation means and request transmission means. The setting information reception means receives setting information showing setting concerning a visualization screen from the terminal device 3. The screen configuration information management means stores screen configuration information showing a screen configuration of the visualization screen on the basis of the setting information. The request creation means creates a request for creating aggregation data on the basis of the setting information and the screen configuration information.
