To provide a learning data provision assistance device for assisting in effective learning in a plant.SOLUTION: A learning assistance device for a plant, for assisting in exchange of learning data between a plurality of plants capable of being controlled using artificial intelligence, comprises: an operation data reception unit configured to receive operation data transmitted from an operation data providing plant that provides plant operation data; a learning data generation unit configured to generate learning data on the basis of operation data received by the operation data reception unit; a learning data storage unit configured to store learning data; a management database configured to manage management information including a destination to which learning data is to be transmitted; and a learning data transmission unit configured to transmit, on the basis of the management database, learning data, stored in the learning data storage unit, to at least one of the plurality of plants.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
