PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase storage stability of a room temperature construction type asphalt mixture.SOLUTION: A mixing process for mixing an aggregate 2, a fiber material (vegetable fiber 6) and an alkaline powder 7 to form a first mixture body 11, a binder coating process for mixing a binder with the first mixture body 11 to from a second mixture body 12 coated with the binder, an additive coating process for mixing an additive 4a containing spindle oil and dimer acid with the second mixture body 12 to form a third mixture body 13 coated with the additive 4a and a finishing process for adding a hydration reaction material (gypsum 5a or iron steel slag or the like to the third mixture body 13 and mixing them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
