To provide non-woven fabric with high dust collection efficiency and low pressure drop.SOLUTION: Non-woven fabric comprises fiber containing a first material and charged particle containing a second material. The first material locates in a side more negative than cotton in charged row. The second material locates in a side more positive than cotton in charged row. At least one part of the charged particle is implanted in the fiber. An air filter comprises the non-woven fabric, a backing laminated on the non-woven fabric and a protect material laminated on the non-woven fabric in the other side of the backing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
