The invention discloses a thermal and humid response device for predicting the indoor air microorganism potentiality and a manufacturing method of the thermal and humid response device and belongs to the field of biological pollution prediction of air environments, and provides the device and a manufacturing method thereof. The device comprises two plastic chambers, a semipermeable membrane, a PDA culture medium and a certain amount of cladosporium and penicillium fungal spore suspension with certain concentration. The device is simple in design and convenient to use, the inconvenience that a user detects the indoor air microorganism potentiality is greatly reduced. The device is provided with the semipermeable membrane which can only penetrate through air, so that the phenomenon of secondary pollution does not appear. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of activation of a bacterial strain, preparation and inoculation of the fungal spore suspension and sterilization treatment of an instrument. The method is simple and efficient, and has relatively high accuracy, and massive production can be carried out.
