PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an early-stage fire detection system capable of estimating fire detection in an early stage while using a temperature cable sensor.SOLUTION: A temperature detection sensor group is laid along a longitudinal direction of a tunnel. Temperature detection sensors 110 are arranged at a predetermined interval and detect temperature for each predetermined interval in a tunnel. A control section 130 of an early-stage fire detection system 100 calculates the following three values. The first value is a largeness of a time integration value in a first predetermined period for each one of the temperature detection sensors 110. The second value is a largeness of a space integration value of a fire point including sensor group consisting of a predetermined number of temperature detection sensors in the circumference including the temperature detection sensor assumed to be a fire point sensor closest to a fire point on the basis of a largeness of a time integration value. The third value is a largeness of a concentration proportion calculated based on a largeness of a detection value of the temperature detection sensor assumed to be a fire point sensor to the space integration value.
