Resins comprising bisphenol M diphthalonitrile ether resin or bisphenol P diphthalonitrile ether resin are provided. Also provided is a composition comprising a primary amine curing agent and a bisphenol M diphthalonitrile ether resin or a bisphenol P diphthalonitrile ether resin. Further, a polymer of bisphenol M diphthalonitrile ether resin or bisphenol P diphthalonitrile ether resin is provided. Furthermore, a method for manufacturing a polymerized network is provided. Further provided is a two component system comprising one of the components comprising a curing agent and the other component comprising a bisphenol M diphthalonitrile ether resin or a bisphenol P diphthalonitrile ether resin. Further provided is a resin blend comprising a blend of at least two of bisphenol M diphthalonitrile ether resin, bisphenol P diphthalonitrile ether resin, or bisphenol T diphthalonitrile ether resin.
