PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly order custom-made articles having various three-dimensional sizes and custom-made items.SOLUTION: A custom-made article order system in which a user terminal 1 and a reception server 2 are connected with each other via a network 3 accepts an order of a custom-made article responding to a request of a user. The reception server 2 comprises size recognition means 4 for recognizing a three-dimensional size of a custom-made article, an element table 5 for allocating respectively selectable items to a plurality of elements identifying the custom-made article in advance, custom-made item recognition means 6 for recognizing each element item selected from the element table 5 as a custom-made item of the custom-made article, display model creation means 7 for creating a custom-made article display model matching the recognized three-dimensional size and custom-made article item of the custom-made article and order confirmation means 8 for confirming whether or not to determine an order for the custom-made article display model created by the display model creation means 7.
