To provide a surface direct electrification giant magnetoresistance element (CPP-GMR) lamination film having not only excellent linearity in an external magnetic field and a resistance vale but also high sensitivity.SOLUTION: A surface direct electrification giant magnetoresistance element lamination film includes: a base substrate; and a lamination section that is provided on the base substrate and composed of alternately laminated a plurality of magnetic free layers and a plurality of non-magnetic layers. At least three magnetic free layers are provided. At least one non-magnetic layer has thickness such that a ferromagnetic interlayer exchange coupling is formed between pairs of the magnetic free layers in contact with its both faces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
