PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning system which is useful in daily life.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: Behavior histories of presence/absence of heat shock warning reception, are accumulated, and a behavior history of an object person is analyzed. The object person is put into one category out of plural categories for every risk, based on analysis, and a warning content to the object person is changed, based on the category into which the object person is put. Based on the category, analysis information is sent to family members of the object person and observation service provider. Based on the category, presence/absence of sending information of an analysis part, a content of information to be sent, and communication destination, are changed. When there is no communication response, communication is performed to another communication destination. During summer, a heat shock warning function for winter, is examined. A temperature sensor is examined by reverse of temperature difference by cooling and heating. Warning means is examined by a conduction test. By non-detection for a long period when the object person is at home, a human sense sensor is examined. In early winter, a warning notice of heat shock is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
