To provide Kawachi late ripening citrus fruit skin-containing food and drink which has a good flavor and a high content of aurapten and which is excellent in a maintaining or improving effect for a cognitive function, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The food and drink of the invention is Kawachi late ripening citrus fruit skin-containing food and drink containing 20 to 70 mass% of a Kawachi late ripening citrus fruit skin subjected to crushing treatment into a pasty form, and having a content of 25 μg/g or more of aurapten. The method for producing the Kawachi late ripening citrus fruit skin-containing food and drink having a content of 25 μg/g or more of aurapten, comprises a step of mixing a Kawachi late ripening citrus fruit juice in a blend amount controlled to 30 to 80 mass% and the Kawachi late ripening citrus fruit skin obtained by crushing it into a pasty form in a blend amount controlled to 20 to 70% by mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
