PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-pedaling accelerator which does not cause the erroneous pedaling of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal caused by an erroneous operation, does not cause a delay of a brake operation, is excellent in safety, and operable without being pedaled by a foot.;SOLUTION: For operations of accelerator pedals of an internal combustion engine automobile, an electric automobile and a fuel battery vehicle having accelerator pedals and brake pedals which are pedaled-in by a foot, an electronic control-type accelerator pedal Assy which is the same as an existing electronic control-type accelerator pedal Assy1 is additionally installed in a place in which a pedaling operation can be performed by a right leg upper part 8 as a non-pedaling accelerator 4, the non-accelerator 4 can be thereby operated by operating an operation part 7 by left and right motions at a right side of the right leg upper part 8 by placing a right leg 9 on the brake pedal 6, and the retreading of the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal becomes unnecessary, thus preventing erroneous pedaling-in, and shortening a stop time and a stop distance at the brake operation.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
