PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for predicting metastatic recurrence risk by identifying genes specific for metastatic recurrence of hepatic cancer, as well as agents for reducing drug tolerance in cancer stem cells and inhibitors of metastatic potency of cancer stem cells useful for inhibiting metastatic recurrence of hepatic cancer.;SOLUTION: The invention relates to preparation of an agent for reducing drug tolerance in cancer stem cells comprising either (I) or (II) as an effective ingredient, where (I) is a nucleic acid molecule that inhibit the expression of RAB3B gene; and (II) is an antibody or low molecular weight compound that binds to RAB3B protein shown by SEQ ID NO:1.
