PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord stopper device and a partition device capable of blocking a movement of a predetermined cord so as to improve an usability.;SOLUTION: A cord stopper device comprises a drum having a clutch operation for switching operation between a drive period for allowing a movement state of a predetermined cord (a traction cord 51) and a lock period for blocking a movement state, a pulley 76 arranged opposed to the drum for a predetermined cord, biasing means (spring) for interposing and pressurizing to biasing the predetermined cord between the drum and the pulley 76 and means for guiding and supporting movably the drum or the pulley so that an interval between the drum and the pulley is narrower in the lock period than that in the drive period.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
