PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active mass damper capable of improving vibration control performance, and a controller of the active mass damper.;SOLUTION: An active mass damper 1 and a controller C of the active mass damper are configured to cause a control unit 5 to generate a displacement instruction U indicating displacement of a movable mass 2 only from acceleration detected by an acceleration sensor 4. With the active mass damper 1 and the controller C of the active mass damper, since an actuator 3 is controlled with the displacement instruction U, an error hardly occurs in displacement of the movable mass 2, and since the displacement instruction U is generated from acceleration without integrating acceleration, a phase delay does not occur on control.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
