To provide a technology of accurately modeling causal relationship between a plurality of mechanisms forming a manufacturing line.SOLUTION: A process analyzer according to one aspect of the present invention includes: a first acquisition part acquiring a plurality of state data related to states of a plurality of mechanisms forming a manufacturing line; a second acquisition part acquiring a control program for controlling operation of the manufacturing line; a first analysis part analyzing the acquired plurality of state data to thereby specify a state of connection between the plurality of mechanisms; a second analysis part analyzing the acquired control program to thereby specify order relation between the plurality of mechanisms; and a relation specification part specifying the order relation between the plurality of mechanisms in a process carried out in the manufacturing line based on each of the state of connection and the order relation specified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
