PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a terminal-equipped electric wire which improves winding properties of a conductor caulking piece to the electric wire.;SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a terminal-equipped electric wire includes a crimping step in which a first conductor caulking piece and a second conductor caulking piece of an electric wire connection portion are crimped to the electric wire by a second mold 113. A concave curved surface 117 of the second mold has a core side curved surface 117A, a coat side curved surface 117B, and an intermediate curved surface 117C connecting the core side curved surface and the coat side curved surface. In the core side curved surface, a skirt 117D on a side for guiding the first conductor caulking piece extends along an axial direction of the electric wire than a skirt 117E on a side for guiding the second conductor caulking piece toward the coat side curved surface, so that a first curved surface 117A1 for guiding and curving the first conductor caulking piece is raised with respect to a second curved surface 117A2 for guiding and curving the second conductor caulking piece.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
