PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute data transfer of a device applied, as an add-on, to a distribution controller without competing with data communication for control device control.;SOLUTION: When a second instruction from an external device 150 is transferred on a network from an external communication port 30 to a master device 110 and a destination of the second instruction is a slave device 120b other than a slave device positioned on a transfer path, the master device 110 generates a third instruction based on the second instruction and transfers the third instruction to the network toward a plurality of slave devices. According to the third instruction, a second slave device 120b, a destination of the third instruction, executes control on a control device 22 connected to the second slave device 120b and transfers a third response to the network toward the master device 110.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
