To provide a meditation effect estimation technology that estimates whether or not effective meditation is performed.SOLUTION: A meditation effect estimation device is provided in which first heartbeat correlation information is assumed as the information having correlation with heartbeat in predetermined time before a subject meditates, and second heartbeat correlation information is assumed as the information having the correlation with the heartbeat in the predetermined time after the subject starts meditation. The meditation effect estimation device comprises: a heartbeat information acquisition unit 110 for obtaining the first heartbeat correlation information and the second heartbeat correlation information; and a meditation effect estimation unit 120 for generating meditation effect estimated results showing the presence or absence of the effect of the meditation performed by the subject from the first heartbeat correlation information and the second heartbeat correlation information. The meditation effect estimated results show the results obtained by estimating the presence or absence of the effect of the intensive meditation based on a difference between the first heartbeat correlation information and the second heartbeat correlation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
