PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing apparatus and a signal processing method with which signals can be satisfactorily transmitted.;SOLUTION: A signal processing apparatus comprises: a first link including a plurality of first lanes, first transmission means that is driven by first driving means and supplies a signal including a control code to each of the plurality of first lanes, and first processing means that generates a first detection signal based on the number of the first lanes, of the plurality of first lanes, from which the control code is detected; a second link including a plurality of second lanes, second transmission means that is driven by second driving means and supplies a signal including a control code to each of the plurality of second lanes, and second processing means that generates a second detection signal based on the number of the second lanes, of the plurality of second lanes, from which the control code is detected; and adjustment means that adjusts the timings of the plurality of signals transmitted in the plurality of first lanes and the plurality of signals transmitted in the plurality of second lanes on the basis of the first detection signal and the second detection signal.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
