PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably determine an electronic medical record to be applied to medical insurance or an electronic medical record to be applied to care insurance by an order provided from a doctor to prevent erroneous billing.SOLUTION: A predetermined order concerned with an electronic medical record for a specified examination target patient accommodated in a general ward or a caring ward of a hospital is received, whether the specified examination target patient is a patient to be applied to the medical insurance or a patient to be applied to the care insurance is identified by referring to information stored in a storage section which stores whether the examination target patient is a patient to be applied to the medical insurance or a patient to be applied to the care insurance. A computer is allowed to execute processing for performing control for transmitting information indicated by an order to medical accounting means for performing accounting calculation on the basis of the medical insurance when the order is to be applied to the medical insurance in accordance with a result that the specified examination target patient is a patient to be applied to the medical insurance or the care insurance, and when the order is to be applied to the care insurance, transmitting the information indicated by the order to care accounting means for performing accounting calculation on the basis of the care insurance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
