PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil modifier used for solidifying soil and capable of reducing used amount of magnesium oxide or the like.SOLUTION: The soil modifier contains an inorganic base material of 100 pts.mass and magnesium oxide or calcium oxide of 50 to 10000 pts.mass. The inorganic base material contains green tuff of 20 mass% or more based on total amount of the inorganic base material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
