To provide: a blood freeze-preservation method in which hemolysis is suppressed without using additives; in addition, a fresh fish freeze-preservation method in which decrease in freshness is suppressed; and a vibration removal device used for transporting coolant or freeze-liquid used for these freeze-preservation methods.SOLUTION: In the method, a blood or fish meat is rapidly cooled to a first cooling temperature in the range of -4 to -6°C and slowly cooled to a second cooling temperature lower than the first temperature and in the range of -7 to -13°C which is the freeze-temperature, at a speed of -1.5°C/hour to -0.5°C/hour. In the vibration removal device, the transport pipe for the coolant or freeze-liquid supplied from a freeze-machine is branched and a device of half wavelength delay by multiple reflection is inserted on one side to remove the vibration of the freeze-machine by interference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7A
