To enhance prediction precision associated with a measurement index used for environmental management on a data center.SOLUTION: A management device has: a measurement data storage part which stores actual measurement data associated with a data center device, difference data of measurement data a predetermined period before, and actual measurement data corresponding to the measurement data; a prediction data calculation part which calculates prediction data based upon the measurement and difference data; a measurement part which stores the measurement data as the actual measurement data in the measurement data storage part; a variation quantity calculation part which calculates, based upon respective actual measurement data, variation quantities as differences between the respective prediction and actual measurement data; and an after-correction prediction data generation part which calculates, based upon actual measurement data up to now and current actual measurement data, first after-correction prediction data as prediction data after correction of the prediction data, and calculates, based upon variation quantities up to now and the first after correction prediction data, second after-correction prediction data as prediction data after correction of the first prediction data so as to control the device using an operation quantity calculated based upon the after-correction prediction data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
