PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waiting time shortening system capable of automatically proposing a turn of inspection having less waiting time.SOLUTION: An electronic medical record server 2 refers to a patient information table 21, an order information table 31 and a movement time information table 41; acquires a required time of each order and a movement time between inspection chambers accompanied with each order (step S102 and step S103); calculates a pattern in which an order of the respective orders is replaced (step S104); on the basis of the required time of each order, a registration content of a schedule and achievement table 51, and the movement time of a patient, calculates a total required time in each pattern (step S105-110); and outputs information on the total required time (step S112).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
