PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve recognition accuracy to whole part of writing locus data.SOLUTION: The invention is configured to: acquire stroke data with respect to a paper medium 75 comprising margin areas 71, 72 on an outer peripheral part and a writing area 75 on inside of the margin areas 71, 72 on an operation terminal 4; then identify lateral separation lines SL related to area classification between a character recognition area and figure recognition area drawn in the margin areas 71, 72 and check marks 80, on the acquired stroke data; based on the identification result, in the writing area 75, set at least the character recognition area and the figure recognition area; then, based on the setting result, perform character recognition of the stroke data drawn in the character recognition area to make text data; then perform image recognition of the stroke data drawn in the figure recognition area to make image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
