The present invention provides an electric stand-up assist recliner. An electric rising assist recliner according to the present invention includes a base, a seat unit, a backrest unit, a legrest unit, an interlocking unit, and an electric shaft. The seat unit 2 is provided above the base 1 and includes a seat frame 21 and a chassis 22. The seat frame 21 is provided with a stopper portion 214. The backrest unit 3 includes a backrest frame 31 and a first link bar 32. The legrest unit 4 can be expanded and folded, and has a contact end that contacts the stopper portion 214 of the seat unit 2 when the legrest unit 4 is expanded. The interlocking unit 5 includes a first frame 51, a second frame 52, an operation block 53, and a telescopic bar 54.
