An assembling method for an underwater copper-alloy perforated mesh of a pasture-type shallow sea fencing fish-farming facility. A copper-alloy perforated mesh sheet-bar standard assembly part in an equilateral triangular shape and a copper-alloy perforated mesh sheet-bar standard assembly part in a right-angled triangular shape are used as basic components, and the copper-alloy perforated mesh sheet-bar standard assembly parts are assembled by utilizing a profile lath connecting piece molded by extruding an ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene material and a corner connecting piece molded by injecting an ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene material. The assembled copper-alloy perforated mesh sheet bars and a reinforced concrete pile are assembled in a hinge manner by means of a loop-section connecting assembly part and an ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene material bar prefabricated on the reinforced concrete pile. The fencing mesh can prevent the attachment of ocean fouling organisms and can maintain the good flow of seawater.
