PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a useful asparagus extract from asparagus as the raw material.SOLUTION: A method for producing an asparagus extract has the step (1) of heating asparagus as the raw material at a temperature of 80°C or more and the step (2) of bringing the heated asparagus obtained by the step (1) into contact with extraction solvent, to obtain an asparagus extract.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
