PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for LED element capable of preventing contraction due to heating at the time of reflow, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In an LED mounting module 10, a flexible resin film substrate 11, and metal wiring 13 laminated thereon, and having an insulation slit for conducting both electrodes of an LED element 2 are formed, and both electrodes of the LED element 2 are joined by means of a solder 14 onto the metal wiring 13 on both sides while sandwiching the insulation slit. Between the upper part of the insulation slit and below the LED element 2, a contraction relaxation space 50 exists, and the resin film substrate 11 is housed therein, in a convex shape upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
