摘要
refers to a methodology for processing fine composite composites which is an alternative to powder metallurgy processing. It is the production of these fine powders without the use of high energy milling. In this invention, the post-composites are formed by a ceramic phase, wc, and a binder phase, ni, being obtained through the precursors of ammonium paratungstate and nickel nitrate, respectively, in a single synthesis process. The precursors were manually mixed in the desired proportions and subjected to hydrogen and methane fluxes to reduce and carbide the precursor in a fixed bed resistive oven at temperatures ranging between 800 ºc and 900 ºc, and reaction time ranging from 90 minutes to 150 minutes. minutes In this invention, wc-ni post-composites were obtained in different proportions (5% to 15% by weight of ni) in nanometer scale, with good phase dispersion and homogenization and good specific surface area. Such characteristics provide the use of these powders for both carbide production and catalytic reactions.
