Prefabricated constructional arrangement for application and modeling of tensile load in intermaxillary ties used in intrabuccal mandibular advancement plates to combat snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. The present invention relates to a prefabricated constructive arrangement which, when applied to the joint formed by the maxillary intraoral plate (1) and mandibular intraoral plate (2), is capable of therapeutic mandibular advancement to combat snoring and apnea. obstructive sleep and allow, during use, concentric and eccentric isotonic muscle contraction. the application and modeling of tensile load is transmitted by intermaxillary tie rod (3) and mm dynamometer tensile cable (7) to specific localized force application points, namely: maxillary elliptic arch (4) in the maxillary inter canine region, right (5d) and left (5e) mandibular retainers of the intermaxillary rod and right (6d) and left (6e) mm dynamometer in the mandibular molar region. The increase or decrease in the traction load allows for greater or lesser mandibular advancement, the latter maintained due to the elastic constant of the intermaxillary tie rod polymer (3) and the steel used in the construction of the coil spring (8) present in the right dynamometer mm ( 6d) and left (6e). The constructive arrangement herein presented can be adapted to the dental conformation of the subject by the vacuum plasticizer machine (MP) or by simple gluing of the elements already described in the mentioned dental reference positions.
