Abstract Landfill for Municipal Solid Waste Treatment in jails and anaerobic Open allows the generation of vectors,Leachate and Greenhouse gases. With this device, consisting of two compartments, waterproofed, appropriate to confine to try and cover the solid waste.A Bottom compartment with an entry point for waste containment, treatment, Sanitation,Reduction and dehydration; and an Upper compartment which serves as a protective cover of the waste, avoiding the Percolation of rain water,Volatilization of particulate material and used for Irrigation of micro-organisms and Enzymes essential for the reduction of biomass present in These wastes,Simultaneously is the Sanitization of the waste through the application of Germicidal Light, allowing the Evacuation of decontaminated Water in gaseous State.In the aerobic reactor of dehydration and Reduction controlled aerobic process and forms a Dry Waste, avoiding the generation of foul odors, vectors,Leachate and Greenhouse gases.
