The invention is a method of producing an industrial food ready for consumption,with high water efficiency and filling material,and without a preservative,coloring agent and emulsifier,(a) the preparation and roasting of the bakery product;(b) to prepare the filling material (2);receiving the by -product by carrying out the dilution -pasteurisation -homogenisation processes within a single unit,reducing the temperature of the by -product and determining it to a certain extent (50 -55oC),which processes the by -product at a constant temperature at individual transitions (K1, K2, K3, K4),and which cools it at a temperature (below +8%C) much below a cooling point (15%C) without allowing crystallisation (constant stirring),and perform ventilation -crystallisation procedures by maintaining air molecules within the viscous structure of the matrix formed by minimising is a variation of temperature at this temperature,(c) a combination of the baked product (1) and the filling material (2);(d) packaging with containers filling with preservative gases.
