Describe a method and a remote monitoring system for the d /3 -dimensional displacement and vibration of an object/construction. The method includes the following steps: transmission of a radar wave spectrum through a corresponding radar spectrumwhich are at a predetermined distance from a range of corresponding receivers or targets on objects /constructions,receiving a first distance value between each radar and the corresponding receiver or target;where the first value of the distance is affected by an error,which is the sum of the interference of electromagnetic radiation in the atmosphere of the radar waves and the reciprocal interference between a ten the target (s) and one or more fixed reflectors located close to the specified receiver or target;reception,at the same time as the first distance value,a second distance value between each radar and a range of corresponding calibration devices at a predetermined distance from the specified the radar,where the second distance value is affected by an error,consisting only of interference of electromagnetic radiation in the atmosphere of radar waves,estimation and elimination of the error consisting of electromagnetic radiation in the atmosphere of the radar waves to receive the second corrected distance value,estimation and elimination of the error consisting of reciprocal interference between a receiver or target and one or more fixed cone reflectors; the recipient or target mentioned,to obtain the first corrected distance value,which defines the entire spatial displacement of the object.
