The subject is a way of renting professional studios with technical equipment such as recording studio. The reservation of the studio is made for the required period of time by means of an Internet-connected device on the studio website running on the reservation server's server computer via a public IP address. The user makes an electronic payment for the lease for the required date. The reservation system generates a code valid for this term, which is stored in the reservation system and sent to the user at the same time. When entering the studio, the user enters the assigned code in the code reader (6, 6 ‘), which sends it to the reservation system. After evaluating the compliance with the stored code for the given deadline, an electronic lock open command (2, 2 ‘) is sent. This makes it possible to rent a professional studio and technical equipment. The studio rental system comprises a server computer (1) for reservation and data processing, connected via a router (4) to a communication converter (5) and a power supply (7), and to at least one code reader (6, 6 ‘). The code reader (6, 6 ‘) is connected to the electronic lock (2, 2‘) of the studio. The system comprises a camera system (8) with online transmission of camera signals from the studio space connected to a recording device.
