The method of cultivation involves the inclusion in the medium of cultivation of sources of anions of aspartic acid, as well as metal ions - iron, magnesium and cobalt. The invention also includes the medium for cultivation of Rhodococcus rhodochrous M33, containing a source of aspartic acid anions and sources of metal ions: iron, magnesium and cobalt. The invention provides an industrial production of biomass of producer strains of Rhodococcus rhodochrous M33 with high nitrile hydratase activity.
