A system for constructing a roadway of a bridge of a combined construction of U-shaped reinforced concrete beams and steel beams and methods for constructing a specified roadway are disclosed. This system contains a group of steel main beams made with an asymmetric upper shelf, a group of transverse beams connected over the lower shelf of the main beams, and a U-shaped beam made of reinforced cement concrete containing a concrete shelf passing over the main beam, a wall and a bridge deck plate installed over the crossbeam. Rail or road tracks are equipped with inspection passages and emergency protective fences. The specified system provides for the construction of up to three rail tracks for railway traffic or up to four lanes for wheeled transport. With a monolithic method of construction, these main beams are installed on top of the supports. Then they are connected by transverse beams and subsequent monolithic concreting. In the prefabricated construction method, first the main beams are made complete with a floor slab, and then they are mounted on supports. Two or more transverse beams complete with a ready-made reinforced concrete slab are connected to the wall of the main beam. Part of the concrete wall is made using monolithic technology.
