The purpose of the notification is to provide a means of ensuring the safety of the State of the electricity recipients in the national electricity system from long -term energy supply disruptionsand electric.In the event of a major failure or destruction of the national electricity system which prevents the supply of energy to important customers, the national emergency power system shall apply.This system consists of numerous individual devices powering individual objects.It is based on the use of photovoltaic generators with accumulators, electronic equipment and automation to enable individual batteries to operate autonomously.
