The invention relates to a non load-bearing interior wall made of cast earth, for ecological dwelling houses, and to a process for manufacturing the same. According to the invention, the wall consists of a support framework ( C) having some vertical elements (1) located at a distance of 500...1500 mm between a lower frame (2) and an upper frame (3), defining some height, width and thickness parallelepipedal spaces (4), depending on the indications in the house design, so that a mixture of earth (5), in ratios set according to the soil of the location concerned, will fill the spaces (4) by means of casting, vibration and ultrasonic homogenization, while, on the front faces of the framework (C), a first coat (11) adhering to the earth mixture material (5) and a layer of clay-based plastering are placed. The process for manufacturing the non load-bearing wall, as claimed by the invention, consists, in a first stage in preparing the framework (C) of wooden material and with at least three elements (1), after which the mixture (5) is prepared in a mixing machine, using the ratios required by the type of excavated soil and by the house insertion, where the framework (C) is shuttered with some shuttering boards (6) starting from the framework base up to its top, casting the first layer of earth mixture (5) on a height of 15...25 mm, using a delivery apparatus (8) and vibrating the mixture in the casting area by means of a vibrating rod (7) placed in the vicinity of the delivery apparatus (8), the vibration frequency being in the range of 5...6000 Hz at a vibrator power of 800...1500 W, ultrasonic homogenization of the cast layer (5), using an ultrasonic converter (9) supplied by a portable ultrasound generator (10), so as to provide, for layers of 15...25 mm, an ultrasonic homogenization frequency of 20 kHz at an energy density of 500 W/5 cm, for a duration of 5 seconds, successive shuttering, preliminary drying, dismantling, general inspection, followed by application of first coat and plastering of front surfaces with clay (12).
