The invention relates to a process of inhibiting corrosion in X10CrMoVNb9-1 type steels. According to the invention, the process consists in preparing, in a first stage, an inhibiting layer of pseudo-binary oxide of ZnTaOor ZnVO, and, in the second stage, a film of Zn 5-(3-hydroxy-phenyl)-10,15,20-tris(3,4-dimethoxy-phenyl)- porphyrinate, and applying the bi-layers on the steel surface by PLD laser techniques, to result in a uniform continuous adherent multilayer coating with corrosion inhibition efficiency for the anti-corrosive-treated steel of 81...95% related to the untreated steel.
