The invention relates to a system for training attention and mental focus of a person on the basis of his own electro-encephalographic signal. According to the invention, the system has four components: an EEG helmet (1), a hardware-software assembly (2) formed of a computer/laptop computer for taking over raw EEG data and an algorithm for decomposing the raw signal in EEG specific waves, an interfacing processor (3) and a software for processing and transmitting commands to a LED matrix/loudspeaker.
