The invention relates to a bioreactor with continuous-flow supply of granular aerobic sludge, for purification of waste water. According to the invention, the bioreactor comprises a reaction vessel (1) with horizontal grating (2) covered with a fine-bubble aeration system (3), known per se, the vessel (1) being provided with a pre-settling and granule recovery zone (7) for selection and recovery of aerobic sludge granules in continuous-flow supply conditions and having inside a pre-settling blade mounted under an angle of 45° in relation with the vessel wall and placed between a mixture discharge zone and a granule recovery zone (6) wherefrom the settled granules return, through some slots, into the vessel (1), the zone (8) being provided with some blades (9 and 10) for granules return and for redirecting air-bubbles flow, respectively, a secondary settler (12) with a spill pipe (16) for discharging the sludge (13) and collecting the effluent (15).
