The invention relates to a super-intensive aquaculture, aquaponics and permaculture farm with water recycling by tertiary biological filtration made by the aquatic plants of Lemna trisulca species and aerobic filtering microorganisms, by introducing Lemna trisulca culture pond in the filtration system. According to the invention, the farm consists in that the staged filtration system introduces the filtration system with Lemna minor vessels (2), placed in vertical and horizontal rows, inter-connected in a pipe network (3), having a microbiological filter (4) at the upper side, where the water enters the filtration system, the mentioned vessels being arranged in stages, which increases the filtration water volume and waste water flow rate and filtration level to a purity of 60%, the water entering the circuit at the upper side through the microbiological filter (4), then it descends in the first Lemna minor vessels (2) through the pipe system (3), wherefrom it gradually flows at an adjustable flow rate into the vessels in the lower rows, reaching the outlet with a purification from nutrients in a ratio of 60% as compared with the classic systems which filter the waste water in fish farming by up to 30%.
