The process of producing butter cookie enriched with native Bicol pili (Canarium ovatum) and sili labuyo (Capsicum frustescens) is a newly developed butter cookie and is ready to eat, affordable and nutritious. The sili labuyo (Capsicum frustescens) and Bicol pili (Canarium ovatum) improve the palatability and the quality of butter cookie.
