A method for estimating an injury claims settlement and loss adjustment expense, the method comprising: receiving an injury loss adjustment request sent by a terminal, wherein the injury loss adjustment request carries information about an injured party; invoking an injury loss adjustment model according to the loss adjustment request; inputting the information about the injured party into the injury loss adjustment model, and calculating a loss adjustment duration corresponding to a plurality of loss adjustment projects by means of the injury loss adjustment model; and calculating a loss adjustment expense corresponding to an injury claims settlement by using the loss adjustment duration corresponding to the plurality of loss adjustment projects.
