The present application provides a position analyzing method and system for a take-out service. The method comprises the following steps: initiating a positioning module to locate a first take-out delivery person to obtain first positioning information; acquiring a take-out bill number pertaining to the take-out delivered by the first take-out delivery person; and extracting a user group corresponding to the take-out bill number, and sharing the first positioning information in said user group. The technical solution provided by the present invention has the advantages of good user experience.
