Disclosed are an apparatus for cultivating a peanut sprout and a method for cultivating a peanut sprout using the same. The apparatus for cultivating a peanut sprout according to the present invention comprises: a peanut seedbed on which a peanut sprout is cultivated; a container unit having an inner space in which a plurality of peanut seedbeds are stacked; a solar power generation unit which is installed on a roof of the container unit and generates electric energy and thermal energy from solar heat; a container heating unit for adjusting internal temperature of the container unit by using the electric energy and the thermal energy generated by the solar power generation unit; a movable water sprinkling unit which moves inside the container unit and sprinkles water toward the peanut seedbed; and a control unit which controls operation of the apparatus for supplying ultraviolet rays toward the container heating unit, the movable water sprinkling unit, and the peanut sprout by using the electric energy and the thermal energy generated by the solar power generation unit and adjusts temperature and humidity of the container unit.
