A system and a method for traditional Chinese medical prevention treatment service based on constitution identification. The method comprises the steps of: capturing, by means of a camera of a smart terminal, a physical sign image of a customer (S31); sensing, by means of a pulse diagnosis instrument of the smart terminal, a pulse wave signal of the customer (S32); extracting, from the pulse wave signal, a pulse condition feature parameter of the customer; sending the physical sign image and the pulse condition feature parameter to a doctor end for medical staff to identify the constitution of the customer so as to obtain a Chinese medical constitution report; invoking, according to the Chinese medical constitution report of the customer, a prevention treatment service template from a Chinese medical knowledge database and sending same to the doctor end for the medical staff to formulate a prevention treatment conditioning scheme for the customer (S35); and periodically acquiring health information of the customer from a health archive database and sending same to the doctor end for the medical staff to evaluate the effect of the Chinese medical prevention treatment, and sending the improvement effect of the Chinese medical prevention treatment to the smart terminal. The implementation of the method, in combination with constitution identification, provides a personalized Chinese medical prevention treatment scheme for the customer, and realizes informatization of the Chinese medical prevention treatment service.
