APPLICATION OF CEFMINOX IN PREPARATION OF MEDICINE FOR PREVENTING/TREATING PULMONARY HYPERTENSION

The present invention provides an application of Cefminox in the preparation of a medicine for preventing/treating pulmonary hypertension. Through pharmacological experiments on the preventive and therapeutic effect of Cefminox on PAH in rats induced by monocrotaline, the inventors confirm that the curative effect of Cefminox is good and significantly better than that of existing medicines in a control group. Cefminox can reduce pulmonary artery pressure at lower doses by pulmonary administration, with a curative effect significantly better than that of intravenous administration. The present invention provides a new medicine for preventing/treating pulmonary hypertension and has a bright clinical application prospect.
